SELECTION PROCESS
During several meetings in the coming weeks, your application will be carefully reviewed by the committee. Preference is given to vehicles from the founding years of the event (1929/1930). If your motorcycle or car is selected as one of the participating vehicles, you will receive an email confirmation. A booking form to book the package you want and complete your registration will also be sent to you. - If your motorcycle or car is not selected, you will receive an email informing you.
CLOSING DATE 30. June 2023
Please submit two digital photos with a complete side view of the vehicle. The photos may be used for press releases, the magazine, the website and for documentation purposes. Photos must be in print quality (300 dpi in original size). Applications without photos will not be considered.
In accordance with the duty to inform pursuant to Art. 14 DSGVO, we would like to point out that photographs and video recordings will be made during this event. We will use these for reporting and public relations purposes. For this purpose, the recordings will be published in various local and social media, such as internet presence and our Facebook pages.
The legal basis for the processing of photo and video data from you is Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DS-GVO, as there is a legitimate interest in informing the public about the activities of the Kilometre Lance 2023. And documenting our activities. A deletion of the data, if they are processed in online media under our access, usually takes place after two years as part of the annual review.
Recipients of this data are thus internally the members of our Event entrusted with public relations and externally the regional press as well as editorial offices and editorial systems of print media, online media and internationally operating social media providers.
